This morning I officially accepted Amazon\u2019s offer of a temporary (2-3 year) assignment in London. The next steps are to work with the relocation company, the immigration lawyers, and UK HR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Immigration is the long pole – it can be as quick as 2 weeks or as long as \u201cforever\u201d – but the expectation is 4-6 weeks from application to visa approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So we\u2019re likely looking at moving late April early May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
