RSI Sucks

I suppose it was only a matter of time, given my profession and genetics, 'till my wrists started bugging me.

I'm no where near the point where I'd consider surgery - in fact I'm not even sure it's carpel tunnel (haven't made time to see a doctor yet).

I had work buy me a Vertical Mouse - it arrived yesterday. It's too early to say if it's "working," but I can say that unlike other alternative pointing devices I've tried, this one only took me about an hour to adjust to, and I'm happily using it with nearly "normal" accuracy.

So far, so good.

Run, do not pass go, do not go to jail, just go! Early intervention ASAP. Take it from the master procrastinator... You do not want to mess with carpal tunnel; most especially given the family history! In a family who passes it through to the females, it anecdotally appears as more severe in the males. Count on it. At least get some splints on there!
